Elephant's Only Drum (Open syllable)
In the Ituri forest, there is no drum, so the nights are far too quiet. A boy named Boma hears music everywhere, but the only drum belongs to Elephant, and she will not share. What could a boy possibly offer a great Elephant that she cannot get herself? Could a gift of sweet wild honey change her mind? This Bookbot level practises reading two syllable words with open syllables, including ‘music’, ‘only’, ‘over’, ’eager’, and ‘human’.
