Did the Fish Sink? UFLI Foundations Lesson 82
Kirk is a climbing perch, and he’s not like other fish. While ordinary fish swim in circles, Kirk scrambles out of the water, munches bugs on a farm, and grows strong fins and sharp spines to fend off hungry birds. But when the sun burns down and the water starts disappearing, what will a perch do when there’s no pond left to swim in? Created to align with the UFLI Foundations scope and sequence (Lesson 82: Spelling /er/: er, ir, ur, w + or), this book practises words like ‘perch’, ‘sturdy’, ’turning’, ‘burst’, ’expert’.
