Kato Before Morning UFLI Foundations Lesson 78

Kato’s baby sister is shivering with cold, and only Old Tortoise has fire, hidden in a buried pot he refuses to share. Kato tries begging and even standing on one leg, but Tortoise just snorts with scorn and ignores him completely. Could two ordinary stones give Kato the warmth his family so desperately needs? Created to align with the UFLI Foundations scope and sequence (Lesson 78: or, ore /or/), this book practices words like ‘snorts’, ‘scorn’, ‘ignores’, ‘storms’, ‘sorts’.
