On the right side of the image, Tip stands beside a colorful bed in a cozy wooden bedroom, having just woken up. She has wide eyes full of excitement with her head tilted slightly, sniffing the air. Through large windows behind her, a snowy winter landscape is visible in the early morning light, with snowflakes drifting in from outside. A bookshelf with colorful books sits against the wall nearby.

The nose on Tip woke up before the rest of her. Something was different. It smelled cold and clean and wild outside, like the sky had been washed in the night. She had never smelled such a thing. She jumped out of bed, pressed her nose flat against the window, and gasped. The world outside looked refreshed. White flakes were falling from the sky. So many of them. 'Snow!' Tip whispered. Then louder: 'Snow!' She had to tell the others. Right now. Before another single flake hit the ground.

On the left side of the image, Tip stands in the foreground facing into a dimly lit wooden cabin interior, looking alert and slightly concerned. The indoor scene shows a cozy room with wooden walls, ceiling beams, glowing lantern lights, and windows through which a dark, overcast sky is visible. Brat Cat is curled up near a glowing lantern on the floor under Tip, looking up at Tip with a resigned expression and letting out a sigh. The right ~50% of the image is plain light background, clear for text overlay.

Tip found Brat Cat curled up by the lantern, purring softly in a perfect little ball. 'Wake up, wake up, wake up!' Tip bounced on the spot. 'The sky is doing something! Outside smells so different! Something remade the world in the night!' Brat Cat opened one eye. Then closed it. 'Tip. It is dark outside. Dark means sleeping. Sleeping means not bouncing.' 'But something is falling from the sky!' Brat Cat let out a long, slow sigh. 'Fine. But if this is about a cloud again, I am going back to bed.'

On the right side of the image, three characters stand together on snow-covered ground, looking out at a snowy suburban neighborhood scene. Tip is in the center-left of the group, appearing thrilled and mid-dash as if about to charge forward through the falling snow, nearly bumping into her friends. Brat Cat stands beside Tip, leaning back slightly to avoid being knocked over, looking outward at the wintry landscape. Fig Pig is on the right of the group, grinning broadly and gazing at a glowing house across the way. Snow falls gently across the scene, with the ground heavily covered in white. In the background, a warmly lit house with glowing windows is visible among snow-dusted trees, set against a dusky evening sky. The left side of the image is plain light background reserved for text.

They went outside and the world had turned white. Snow on every rooftop. Snow on every branch. Snow falling soft and thick, landing right on the tips of their noses. The world looked reborn under all that white. Fig Pig was already there, his grin so wide his cheeks were gone. 'Lights!' he said, pointing at the glowing house. 'We need lights, a tree, all of it!' But Tip did not stop. She ran into the snow at full speed, sending up a spray of white powder that hit Brat Cat in the face. 'This is the best smell I have ever smelled!' Tip yelled.

On the left side of the image, Tip stands in a snowy outdoor scene, actively building a snowman by stacking one snow ball on top of another, looking happy and proud as she steps back to admire her work. A completed snowman with a lopsided grin stands beside her. In the background, Brat Cat and Fig Pig are visible near the cabin, busy arranging Christmas decorations together. Snow is falling gently around the scene, and the background shows a snowy suburban neighborhood with snow-covered ground and some greenery poking through. The right ~40% of the image is plain light background reserved for text.

Tip got to work. She rolled one snowball, then a bigger one, then an even bigger one, and stacked them into a snowman. The head slid left. Tip reset it. It slid some more. 'So perfect,' she told it firmly. Then her nose twitched. Under the cold, clean smell of snow, something new drifted past. Something sweet. Something baking, like candy. Tip sniffed once. Twice. Three times. Where was that coming from? Behind her, Brat Cat and Fig Pig worked on the glowing lights. Brat Cat had a secret little smile on her face.

On the right side of the image, Fig Pig stands in the center foreground on a snowy wooden deck, smiling proudly and facing the viewer, while Brat Cat stands just behind and to the right, nodding approvingly with a smile. Above them, a large Christmas tree canopy stretches overhead, covered in colorful string lights (multicolored — pink, blue, purple, green). A red poinsettia decoration hangs on the right edge. In the background to the far left, Tip is visible near her lopsided snowman whose top ball is sliding sideways like a little gnome. Snowflakes drift through the cold outdoor air. The left ~40% is left as a plain light-blue snowy background with a white text overlay area.

Fig Pig stood under the big tree, now strung with lights. Pink, blue, purple, and green, all glowing against the falling snow. 'Brat Cat put me in charge of the lights,' Fig Pig announced proudly. 'What do you think?' 'So bright,' said Brat Cat, smiling. Then she glanced at the snowman and snorted. 'The head has fallen sideways. Remake the head, Tip! It looks like a little troll now.' 'No!' said Tip. But that sweet smell drifted past again, stronger each time. Her nose was shaking. 'Can you two smell that? Something sweet. Something close. Something so, so good.'

Page 6
On the left side of the image, Tip stands in a snowy outdoor scene, head raised and nose lifted to the air, sniffing with a hungry, curious expression. Behind Tip in the middle-left area, a cozy log cabin with a warm glowing lantern and a red fence is visible through the falling snow. Further back, Brat Cat and Fig Pig stand near the cabin, looking toward Tip as she calls out to them. The ground is covered in thick snow, and rolling snow-covered hills line the background under a pale, overcast winter sky with snowflakes drifting down. The right ~40% of the image is plain light background reserved for text overlay.

Tip lifted her nose and sniffed the cold winter wind. There it was again. Sweet and good. Something baking, just past the cabin, out in the snow. Tip could not recall a smell this good. Her tummy rumbled so loud that Fig Pig jumped. 'There!' Tip pointed at the hills. 'It is coming from over there. I can smell it!' 'Tip, wait,' Brat Cat called. But there was something funny in her voice. Not a sad sound. More like she was trying very hard not to grin.

Page 7
On the right side of the image, Tip stands on a snowy hillside looking down toward a glowing gingerbread house nestled at the bottom of the hill. Tip appears awestruck and eager, gazing toward the warmly lit house with icing on the roof and candy lined along the walls, and a sign above the door reading 'Welcome.' The scene is a snowy winter landscape with snow-covered trees, hills, and snowflakes falling from the sky. At the top of the hill behind Tip, Brat Cat and Fig Pig are visible in the distance, watching her go. The left ~40% of the image is a plain light background reserved for text overlay.

Tip did not wait. She never waited when her nose was onto something. She scrambled down the snowy hill, paws crunching the powder, following that sweet trail. And at the bottom, glowing soft and golden, sat the wildest thing she had ever seen. A gingerbread house. A real one. With icing on the roof and candy along the walls and a little note above the door. Her mouth fell open. She sniffed and rechecked. It was all real, right there in the snow. She looked back up the hill where Brat Cat and Fig Pig were watching. Brat Cat had a grin. Not a small one. A big, wide grin.

Page 8
On the left side of the image, three characters stand together in front of a snow-covered wooden cabin decorated with warm glowing Christmas lights. Brat Cat stands in the center with a cheeky grin, arms spread wide, pulling Tip and Fig Pig into a big group hug. Tip stands to the left, beaming with joy as she is embraced. Fig Pig stands to the right, looking pleased and hugging back. Snow falls gently around them in a nighttime outdoor setting, with the cabin's warm orange glow illuminating the group. The right ~40% of the image is a plain light background reserved for text overlay.

Tip ran back up the hill. Brat Cat spread her arms wide and pulled Tip and Fig Pig into a hug so tight they squeaked. 'I made it,' she said, flashing the widest grin Tip had ever seen. 'While you two were stacking snowballs and hanging lights, I was baking the best Christmas surprise of all. Merry Christmas!' 'You made that?' Tip stared. 'But you said dark means sleeping!' Brat Cat just smiled. 'I had to get you out of bed. I needed time to recheck the icing.' Tip stood in the soft glow of the lights. That gingerbread house was the best thing she had ever, ever smelled.
