Giraffe and his mum live in a small house on top of a hill.
Page 2
Each day, Mum has to go to work. She works hard.
Page 3
She works in the heat of the sun. Giraffe can tell she is hot.
Page 4
So, he makes a pile to reach the sun. He will stop it.
Page 5
When he gets there, Giraffe thinks the sun looks just like an orange.
Page 6
He eats it all up to stop the heat.
Page 7
But then, it is dark. His mum can not see.
Page 8
And his tum burns with the heat of the sun.

He tells bear what he has done. Bear thinks he can help.
Page 10
They use the flame in his tum to bake some bread.
