Dr. Can Do points down at his rug. He grins and says, 'Soft as a hug!' 'Each home needs wool both smooth and good. I'll make much more. Yes, I should!'
Off to the pen! Sheep in a row. He takes wool, but it's much too slow. 'I need a tool!' he says. 'A zoom! It shears the wool with a big boom!'
Dr. Can Do makes a fine new tool. It takes the wool while sheep stay cool. Stacks grow high, and all looks good. 'Not done yet!' he says where he stood.
'Build a wool shop, nice and cool!' says Jill as she lifts the tool. Dr. Can Do beams, 'That plan is good! A grand new shop, made of wood!'
Dr. Can Do sets planks of wood. Up goes a shop, big and good. He grips his tool and takes a look. This new shop will be his nook.
Ned takes the job and grabs his hook. He stands by the loom in the nook. Jill brings wool right to his hand. Ned weaves rugs that look so grand.
Dr. Can Do stands in his nook. He sees Ned work and takes a look. No tool to fix, no job to mend. He stands so still. Is this the end?
Back home looks warm, soft, and good. Rugs and walls. Just as they should. He grins, 'A wind mill with great zoom!' Jill yells, 'Hush! Please, no more boom!'
