One morning, Zom stretches and heads out to start his farm chores, but he is met with a very odd sight.
The farm is full of patches of cake! He is sure that he did not plant any cake seeds, but how else could this happen?
Zom fetches Skel and Jack to see. Skel wishes he did not have to clean it all up. Jack thinks the whole thing is very funny.
Zom, Skel, and Jack all help pack the cake into boxes and send them off to town. There is no way they can eat it all.
When they wake up the next day, patches of coal cover the yard. It is all through the grass and crops.
They save some for crafting and fill boxes with the rest. They would need a whole coal room to keep it all! They send it off to town as well.
That evening, Zom catches Jack by the wheat patch and gives him a long stare. 'It was not me!' Jack says, holding his hands up. 'But you had fun with it,' Zom tells him. 'Yes! Someone filled your farm with cake, Zom. That is funny!'
Zom watches Jack's door all night. This does seem like his style. He wants to see if Jack sneaks out to do a crazy trick.
Jack does not leave his room all night. But in the morning, eggs cover every bed and every path! One hatches while they pack bunches into boxes. They keep the chicken!
Jack dashes off to town with boxes of eggs, smiling the whole way. But Zom stood guard all night and saw nothing! Who could be doing this?
Skel stays up this time. If he catches Jack, he will be very mad about all of the extra work Jack has caused.
Jack is in the farmhouse, but Skel sees a Jack rushing up over the hill. Then he sees bunches more. A whole crowd of Jacks is charging at him!
