Meet a shiny ambulance who was built for speed! But there’s one problem – Mr. Chow, the driver, does everything slowly and carefully. The ambulance dreams of zooming through the streets with sirens blaring. Then one day, a new young driver arrives who loves to go fast. Finally, the ambulance gets its wish! But is speeding through town really as exciting as it seems? What will happen when the ambulance gets what it always wanted?
