Practice Words
Ned grins at his shed. The Book has a plan, a big plan.
Ned and The Book go fast on the path. Off to dig!
Ned digs at the sand. Thud! The mud is thick and wet.
Mud balls pop up from the pit. Ned grabs the thick mud balls and packs them in.
The mud ball gets so hot. It melts! It is a red brick! What a thrill!
The Book sits on the path. See the pic? Plants in a pot!
Ned sets a pot on the grass with a thud. He must get plants, a lot of plants.
Ned stands in thick plants. Buzz! What is that? Ned grabs a big clump.
The bees are mad! Ned runs and runs. Thump, thump, thump!
Ned is in the shed. He pants, and his legs throb. A bee sits on the grass and looks at him.
Ned fills the pots with plants. The plants are soft and thick. The Book is so glad.
The pots sit at the shed, full of plants. Ned grins. Back on the path they go!
