Steve digs in a dim cave. Chink, chink, chink! Then a flash! An emerald shines in the wall. 'What a find!' says Steve.
Hisssss! A mob is behind Steve. He spins back. Bam! The blast is wild, but Steve blocks it. The emerald is still lit, and it is odd.
Steve blinks. He is not in the cave. He stands on grass, under a big sky. The emerald is still in his hand, still lit. 'This is a tricky emerald,' says Steve.
Twang! A shot zips past Steve. A mob! He swings his blade at it. Wham! Bones tumble on the grass. A little lit ball rises up, and Steve grins.
More mobs! A mob with red eyes gets close. A baby mob rides a chicken! 'Oh no,' says Steve. He picks a path and runs fast.
Steve finds a river and splashes in. He wades to the middle. A mob stands at the edge, but it can not catch him. 'Not this time,' says Steve. He is bold, and he is lucky.
Steve swims by the tall jungle plants. Then he spots a little cabin on the bank. A cabin is a safe place to hide. He swims fast to get there.
Steve is safe and cosy in the cabin. The sun shines in, and he holds up the emerald. A little flame still twinkles inside it. Steve smiles a big smile. 'So,' he asks, 'where to next?'
