The Little Fish Goes Deep

A little fish and his mum swim in the sea. But they do not swim in the deep. 'Mum, can we try to go there this time?' asks the little fish.

'No, it is not safe,' says his mum. 'But I will take care!' says the little fish. 'You must keep out of the deep!' says his mum.

But the little fish still wants to go. He swims off, down in the deep sea! He meets fish he has not seen.

Just then, the little fish sees a dark shape. 'What is that thing?' he says. He starts to swim to it.

But it is a bad fish with big teeth! 'How dare you wake me,' it yells. 'Time to eat you!'

The little fish turns to flee. But the bad fish is so close. 'Mum! Help!' yells the little fish.

And here she comes! His mum pulls the little fish out. 'Get back, bad fish!' she says.

The little fish is glad to see her. 'Next time, keep to me,' she says. 'I will, mum, I will!' says the little fish.
