Flip and Toss

My Gran likes to juggle. Flip, toss, flip! A pan. An onion. She tosses it all up with clever, quick hands.

A watch. An umbrella. Pops glasses. She flips it all high over her head.

Out in the town, the show goes on. Up goes a stapler, a book, and a stamp.

Until... Trip, slip, plop! Soft fruit lands with a plop on the shopkeeper's head.

Gran feels guilty, and she buys something else to juggle. 'I think I might try these,' says Gran.

They are perfect for juggling. Gran goes flip, toss, flick, all night long while Grandpa sleeps.

Then she gets ready to make breakfast and... flip, toss, flip goes the pan.
